Unemployment is perhaps the biggest problem our Nigerian youths face
today.
This Show is designed to create job opportunities, free training, as
well as build businesses throughout Nigeria.
We hope to create a minimum of 500- 1000 jobs and raise 100-200
entrepreneurs every 12 months across the country.
Those who qualify for the Show would be put through rigorous tasks and
activities to be performed in groups,
Followed by process of elimination until the final One.
All who partake in the Show would be awarded in cash. The first 10 with
guaranteed job placements, the first 3 will win brand new cars each, and will
be bided for by top notch companies in Nigeria.
The final winner would also be granted bragging rights and media
exposure, as well as the opportunity to partake as a judge in subsequent
Seasons of the Show.
POST REALITY TV: ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND JOB TRAINING PROJECT
While The Marketer Reality TV Show is just a part of the project, the
main project begins with our long listed for the auditioning in 4 Regions
(Lagos, Abuja, PHC, and Enugu).
After the final participants for the show have been shortlisted, those
remaining after auditions
will go through our mentorship classes in each Regions, whilst awaiting
employment opportunities with top notch companies.
For those who would prefer to start their own business, a special segment
would be created for them for the purpose of presenting and defending their
ideas, in a nation-wide capacity.
The best presented ideas, with evidence of bank registration as well
as with the C.A.C. will be sponsored with conditions applying.
Therefore, our Primary Target are Graduates in need of employment
Our Secondary Target are Employed Youths with little or no job
satisfaction.
Working with our international Equality & Diversity Policy, this
is the first show that will include
people living with disabilities, who are strongly advised to participate
if they qualify.
These 3 groups are expected to cover the urban, semi-urban and rural
places of residents throughout the country.
