Role Summary
Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory by effectively selling the company’s products.
Personally contacts and secures new
business customers.
Core Functions:
Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
Demonstrates products to
existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to
their needs.
Details
of Function:
1. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products.
2. Plans and organizes personal sales
strategy
3. Supplies products to customers.
4. Supplies Management with Oral and
written reports on Customer Needs, Problems, Interests, Competitive activities
and Potential for New Products.
5. Keeps Abreast of Product
Applications, Market Conditions, Competitive activities, advertising and
promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting
with marketing areas.
6. Participates in Trade shows and
Conventions.
7. Regularly analyzes the market, taking
into account the 5Ps of marketing mix.
8. Develops the main Channels such as
Beauty Institutes & Salons, Cosmetics shops, drugstores, Supermarkets etc.
9. Writes daily report of sales
Qualification:
Minimum of B.Sc./HND with very good
experience in Sales and Marketing of premium Make-Up Brands. It would be ideal
to have basic knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Thorough knowledge of the make-up
industry and make-up application would be an added advantage
Location: Lagos.
